Jones Engineering Sponsor Carrigaline United Under 12’s

Carrigaline Village is the home of the successful Under 12’s Carrigaline United Premier League team, of whom Jones Engineering are proud sponsors. Adjacent to Ringaskiddy, where many of Jones Engineering’s clients are based, our support for the team illustrates the importance we put in supporting the communities in which we work.

With young stars such as Jack O’Mahony (Back Row 5th from left), son of H.A. O’Neil Senior Contract Manager John O’Mahony leading the charge, Carrigaline have gone from strength to strength, being unbeaten in the league last year and having won all of their games so far this season. Most of this team have been together since they were 6 years of age and over the 6 years Jones Engineering have several times sponsored away trips to UK and sponsored team track suits and jersey’s such as the recent one seen in the picture.

Ten of the team have recently got trials for the Cork Development squad who will hopefully represent Cork in the Kennedy Cup at Under 14. This is the biggest school boy’s cup event in Ireland. The team have also been invited to play in a tournament in France next April and Jones Engineering look forward to continuing to support them into the future.
