AbbVie Safety Awards

AbbVie-Creon-Team

Congratulations to everyone working on the Abbvie Creon Project!

Works on the CREON project at AbbVie commenced in June 2015. The project completed 50,000 hours with no LTI (lost time incidents) or LTA (lost time accidents).

We implemented a number of safety programmes including, SMBWA (safety management by walkabout) and SOR’s (safety observation reports). The SOR programme was incentivised by awarding weekly winners for SOR’s entered.

We also did a number of safety campaigns, “Working at height” to raise awareness of the dangers of work at a height and “mind our workers” to highlight the need to look after your mental health.

As part of an award ceremony on 3rd Feb 2016 AbbVie presented the award to Jones Engineering Group for our proactive and reactive attitude, actions and behavior to safety and Environmental on site.
