Tullahennel Wind Farm is being developed by Ronaver Energy Ltd, with Wind Prospect acting as Project Manager on their behalf. The Wind Farm is located at Tullahennel, Ballylongford Co. Kerry. The win farm will consist of 13no. 2.85MW wind turbine generators. The permitted Maximum Export Capacity (MEC) for the project is 37 MW.

What We Did at Tullahennell Wind Farm

The works contract has the following main components;

Design and engineering requirements for the project include all necessary calculations, studies, computer simulations necessary to properly design the plant in accordance with all applicable codes and standards, ground and geotechnical investigations. Detailed design submissions for the civil and electrical works to EirGrid/ESBN as may be required as part of the Connection Agreement;
The WF 110kV Substation works including all civil works, site clearance and levelling and construction of access roads for Tullahennel Substation including drainage works required
The WF electrical power, control and earthing cabling.
Supply, installation and testing of foundation earthing
