What we do in Public
Laboratories
We have a long standing history of completing laboratory projects in many of Ireland’s third level institutes and we take this responsibility very seriously. These projects include class 100 to 10,000 clean rooms fabrication for Tyndall in UCC and detailed design of a research facility for NIBRT which involved ‘world-leading’ analytical technologies and specialised plant and utilities.
Sports Arena
Sports arenas in third level institutes require a multitude of specialised services. Just some of the facilities we have worked on include saunas, steam rooms, swimming pools, fitness centres, sports halls and various pitches. The typical services we provide include HVAC, LPHW, CHW, water services and soils and wastes, power distribution, main containment, lighting & emergency lighting system, fire alarm system, security systems, BMS system and lighting protection & surge protection.
Historic Buildings
Our Maintenance Division are the largest mechanical maintenance service provider to the Office of Public Works. We currently provide building maintenance services to over forty premises throughout the greater Dublin area, notably we are the provider of choice in key OPW premises as demonstrated by our portfolio of contracts.
Prisons
We have completed projects in over half of Ireland’s medium security prisons. We are familiar with the comprehensive security requirements involved and over the years our works have ranged from small upgrades such as prison control rooms, segregation units and kitchens to the complete installation of Mechanical and Electrical services on new builds.
Transport
Transport projects have particular requirements such as security, redundancy and live environments. Our teams have in depth knowledge of these requirements due to our varied experience. In Ireland and the Middle East we have completed airport projects both landside and airside as well as Dublin’s newest VCT. We have completed works internationally on a large scale public metro project and have performed maintenance on the Limerick and Lee Tunnels as well as motorway lighting works.
