This year Barnhall Rugby are celebrating their 50th anniversary and we are delighted to be sponsoring the Buffaloes. The Buffaloes are a Tag rugby team for adults with special needs which was set up in 2015. Players are supported by their coaches to learn the skills needed to play Tag rugby. This team has a big emphasis on fun and community participation and all are welcome to come and give Tag a try.

The spread of coronavirus has affected the staging of sporting events around the world but Barnhall Rugby have found ways to #stayhomestaysafe for example with their Pass the Ball challenge and a digital relay for Darkness into Light Walk. We commend them on their innovative thinking and commitment to working together by staying apart. As a nation sport is something which ignites our passion and enthusiasm and we look forward to the time when we can safely partake in these activities together again.
