Apprenticeships
There is no limit to the possibilities with Jones Engineering

At Jones Engineering, we are proud to be the largest trainer of construction apprentices in Ireland, with over 250 apprentices employed annually. We offer comprehensive apprenticeships in Electrical, Electrical & Instrumentation,Plumbing, and Pipefitting.

Our apprentices gain hands-on experience on projects throughout Ireland, primarily in the Munster and Leinster regions. To enhance the SOLAS Standards Based Apprenticeship Scheme, we provide additional training over the course of four years.

We encourage our apprentices to showcase their skills by participating in prestigious competitions such as Ireland Skills and Generation A. We are proud to have produced two gold medal winners in the World Skills competition and one bronze medal winner in the Ireland Skills competition. These achievements reflect the skill and determination of our apprentices, whom we mentor to excel in their fields.

"Being an electrical apprentice means a great deal to me, being part of Jones Engineering allows me to learn a valuable trade and have a fulfilling career. It's a skill forever, I would encourage anyone to go for it."
