Aercap House
A Modern High Spec Office Development (7,000sqm) in Dublin Ireland, we completed the fitout works for this modern building which was fitted out to the highest specification. The provision of all Mechanical & Electrical services including supply, delivery, co-ordination, installation, testing/commissioning and client demonstration.
The building consisted of a Ground Floor reception area including gym, kitchen and restaurant, 2 levels of underground Car park and 5 floors of office space.
We achieved LEED Platinum on this project.
