We installed the mechanical and electrical services for this high tech company based in Dublin City centre. The building comprised of six floors of office accommodation (17,000sqm) above the building’s basement and sub-basement.
What We Did at Confidential Dub14
- Installation of over 500 fan coil units to provide heating & cooling to the office space
- 11km of pipework on the fitout floorplates which connected to the base buildings LPHW & CHW network
- Installation of 12no. CRAC (DX) units in the MDF and IDF comm's rooms
- Installation of AC split duty/standby split units in the basement UPS room & level 4 optical lab
- Domestic water services pipework & waste pipework to serve kitchenettes & tea stations throughout the floors
- Upgrade of base build BMS to accommodate fit-out project
