Cumberland House
Cumberland House is the EMEA HQ for a multinational social media company. We carried out works on phase 1 of this project and are currently carrying out the mechanical & electrical installations on phase 2 of this project. The building secured LEED Platinum-level certification for a ‘Re-purposed Building’. The office is one of the few office buildings in Ireland to achieve the highest LEED certification. The refurbished office development consists of 10,500sqm of office space over 5 floors and 2,500sqm of basement car parking.
