Grand Canal Harbour
Grand Canal Harbour is a development project located in Dublin. Our client (Marlet Property Group) required a number of surveys for planning and conservation needs. Site extended to in excess of 20,000m².
Topographic survey data captured and delivered in 2D & 3D AutoCAD format for use by consultant engineers and architects for the design of the development. Underground Utility Survey data captured using Ground Penetrating Radar and cable locator. Measured Building Survey of listed Mill Building, required external elevations, internal floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and internal sections for conservation purposes. Boundary Survey for confirmation of legal boundary.
