As part of the Jones Engineering Group, we provide a complete building services maintenance package – mechanical, electrical and fire protection. All of our clients are provided with the complete back-up of the most experienced multi-discipline engineering contractors in the Republic of Ireland.

Jones Engineering Maintenance Division are the largest mechanical maintenance service provider to the Office of Public Works. We currently provide building maintenance services to over forty premises throughout the greater Dublin area, notably we are the provider of choice in key OPW premises as demonstrated by our portfolio of contracts.

We provide a 24-Hour emergency call-out service, 365 days a year. As required we engage and supervise specialist building services sub-contractors in a seamless manner, maintaining a single point of contact with our client. We provide in-house design / technical support directly to the client for minor project works and day to day operation.

Maintenance reports are compiled and issued periodically to the client, together with proposals for achieving optimum operating performance within the building.
