We completed the mechanical and electrical services in this Private Hospital with 236 beds, 6no. Operating Theatres (2 UCV & 4 Standard Theatre’s), Specialist Areas – MR, CT X-Ray, Endoscopy, etc and approx. 50 Consultancy Suites. This state of the art new hospital building measures over 25,500m2 & ranges in height from 3 to 8 storeys. The hospital building principally included works for:

- Heating & Cooling – Boiler room at level 1 with boilers and 1 CHP.
- Medical Gases – Plantroom in services building
- Pneumatic Tube Conveyance System – Plantroom at level 2
