Last week during the St. Patrick’s festivities, our very own Pat Sharkey attended a Saint Patricks Day lunch with Enterprise Ireland in Stockholm to celebrate our success in the Nordics and to meet with other companies we are working closely with in the region.

This meeting was to promote and strengthen ties and knowledge sharing within Swedish and Irish business. In Jones Engineering we have a tradition and culture of encouraging cooperation and partnership not just with our clients but also within our local community. We have been working in the Nordics for almost a decade and set up our European Office in the Netherlands in 2018. Over this time we have completed many significant data centre and pharmaceutical projects working with both Irish and local clients, sub-contractors and suppliers. We invest in the local community everywhere we go including sponsoring local teams, donating to youth clubs and the Red Cross, participating in local fundraisers and supporting events focused on inspiring the next generation.

We were delighted to be involved in this trade event in Sweden which focused on the strengthening of ties between our nations. Thank you to everyone involved for making the day such a success!
