Pharmaceutical Project – Raheen Business Park
Our greenfield pharmaceutical project aims to create the most advanced biotech manufacturing campus by 2026. It will operate at significantly lower energy intensity, water usage, and waste production compared to traditional pharma sites.

Healthcare Project – Bon Secours Hospital, Ballysimon
The state-of-the-art facility at the Bon Secours include 75 inpatient ensuite rooms, 20 endoscopy recovery bays, 4 operating theatres, a 10-bay medical assessment unit, and a dedicated ophthalmology unit. This €300 million investment by Bon Secours aims to provide excellent medical services to over 50,000 patients annually, serving the growing population in the Limerick area.
