Basic Requirements of Purchase Order Conditions

Goods must be supplied only against our official order.

The order number must be quoted on all invoices issued.

Our terms of payment are: 60 days after end of month following delivery and invoice.

The prices quoted on the order are fixed and may not be increased.

Goods supplied are:

• To be of good quality
• To be free from damage and defects
• To comply with industry standards
• To be in accordance with specification.

Defective goods are to be replaced by you at your cost.  You will be liable for and will refund to us any costs we incur due to removing and replacing defective goods.

Where you are nominated by the client, his architect, consultant or surveyor, you will be subjected to the same contract conditions and terms of payment as we are.

Goods are to be delivered in accordance with the dates quoted on the order.  You will be liable for any costs incurred by us arising from delays in delivery.  Delays caused by force majeure are excluded.

Any variations to this order can only be authorised by the issue of a subsequent order.

Orders that include the supply of labour will be subject to our standard conditions of subcontract and to construction tax requirements.

You agree to accept for credit the return of surplus goods at the original purchase price subject to a minimal restocking charge.

These terms and conditions override any terms and conditions quoted by you or which you may subsequently issue in any documentation.

 

PLEASE ENSURE THAT INFORMATION PROVIDED ON INVOICE MATCHES OUR PURCHASE ORDER CONFIRMATION.

 

المتطلبات الأساسية لشروط أمر الشراء

يجب توفير البضائع فقط بموجب طلب رسمي.

يجب ان يتم توضيح رقم الطلب في جميع الفواتير الصادرة.

شروط الدفع الخاصة بنا هي: 60 يوماً بعد نهاية الشهر التالي للتوصيل والفاتورة.

الأسعار الموضحة في الطلب ثابتة ولن تزيد

البضائع المُوردة هي:          ذات نوعية جيدة

                                    خالية من الأضرار والعيوب

                                    تمتثل للمعايير الصناعية

                                    وفقاً للمواصفات

يتم استبدال البضائع المعيبة من قبلكم و على حسابكم . كما ستكون مسئول عنها  وسترد الينا أي تكاليف نتكبدها بسبب إزالة واستبدال السلع المعيبة.

حيث انه تم ترشيحكم من قبل العميل و المهندس المعماري التابع له  ومستشاره أو الماسح فسوف تخضع لشروط العقد والدفع ذاتها الخاصة بنا.

يتم تسليم البضائع وفقاً للتواريخ الموضحة في الطلب. وستكون مسئولاً عن اي تكاليف نتحملها وتكون ناتجة عن التأخير في التسليم. يستثنى من ذلك التاخير الناجم عن قوة قهرية.

يتم السماح بأي تغييرات على أمر الطلب فقط من خلال اصدار أمر لاحق.

تخضع الطلبات التي تشمل توريد العمالة لشروطنا الثابتة للتعاقد من الباطن ومتطلبات ضريبة البناء.

توافق على قبول الحصول على الإئتمان لإعادة الفائض من السلع غلى سعر الشراء الأصلي والخاضعة للحد الأدنى من رسوم إعادة التخزين.

تلغي هذه الشروط والأحكام أي شروط وأحكام موضحة من قبلكم أو قد تصدرونها بعد ذلك في أي وثائق.
