Barnhall Buffaloes Annual Inclusive Blitz
Jones Engineering was honoured to be the main sponsor of the Barnhall Buffaloes Annual Inclusive Blitz.
Established in 2015, the Barnhall Buffaloes are an inclusive tag rugby team for adults with special needs. The players are provided with support through hands-on coaching and taught important life skills, like teamwork and communication, by playing sport. Having represented their club at famous venues, such as the Aviva and Tallaght stadiums, the players are a testament to their communities.
Other inclusive tag rugby teams had travelled from all over Ireland to participate in the blitz and were delighted by the entire day out.
Multiple members of the Jones Team, and members of their families, took part in three different games this year. We competed against the Barnhall Buffaloes themselves in an intense match, with the Buffaloes coming out on top in the end.
We’re proud to be a long-term sponsor of the Barnhall Buffaloes and will continue to support them, and initiatives like theirs, in the future.
